Hello! My name is Cocoa, or people can also call me Daniel, and I go by he/him pronouns. This will be the main link to find all of my socials and basic information. I do personal art, commissions, and eventually plan to stream. I play a wide variety of games (Undertale, Wolfquest, Stray, Planet Zoo, and Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise are among my top favorites!) and love to react to true crime, movies, and shows.

Commissions Terms Of Service

Please read my T.O.S carefully. By Commissioning, you automatically abide by my terms.Failure to follow these terms will result in black listing.

General Terms

You, As the Client...

★ You must comment on one of my OPEN commissions with the given form I provide or must contact me first to discuss your commission before initiating any transaction.
Must provide clear written details and/or at least two visual references of the requested character(s) or design.
★ May not claim my work as your own.
★ May display commissioned artwork on external sites only if visibly credited and linked back to me — preferably via my Carrd. If uploading to ToyHouse, please credit my ToyHouse username.
★ May crop, resize, or lightly edit the artwork for personal display, but you must always credit me.
★ May not host my work in galleries that exclusively display your own art.
★ May print or reproduce the artwork for personal use only (e.g., wall display), but not for sale or distribution.
★ May not use the artwork for commercial or redistributive projects (e.g., merchandise, flyers, NFTs) without prior written agreement.

I, As the Artist...

★ Reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason, personal or professional, without obligation to disclose why.
★ Retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. Clients may not claim ownership or alter the intended purpose of use.
★ Retain the right to post, display, or use my work for promotional or portfolio purposes.
- Clients may request that a commission not be posted publicly for an additional temporary privacy fee (this exists while I expand my portfolio).

General

★ Clients must be 18 years or older to commission me. Even with parental permission, I will not accept commissions from minors.
★ Disrespectful behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
★ My artwork may not be used in AI derivative works, NFTs, or cryptocurrency-related media. Any violation will result in a permanent blacklist.
★ All work will be completed in my own art style; I will do my best to honor your concept within my stylistic boundaries.

Species Policy (Furry Commissions)

★ For Closed Species, I require proof of purchase or written permission from the species creator or admin.
★ For Semi-Closed Species, I require proof of permission to use specific traits or designs as defined by the species rules.
★ These precautions ensure respect for the original creators’ intellectual property and community standards.

Payment & Refund Policy

★ Payment is preferred in full upfront. For commissions over $100 USD, a 50/50 split payment may be arranged.
★ All payments are accepted in USD via PayPal only.
★ Clients have 48 hours to complete payment after receiving an invoice. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
★ Once work begins, no refunds will be issued unless I am unable to start the commission.
★ Personal and payment information will remain confidential and used solely for transaction purposes.
★ Chargebacks are considered a breach of agreement and will result in loss of rights to the artwork and blacklisting from future business.
★ Commissions are for non-commercial use only, unless a commercial license is explicitly negotiated.
★ Rush fees may apply for short deadlines.
★ Extra fees may apply for complex characters or additional design work.
★ All additiona lfees will be discusssed and approved before work begins.

Edits, Errors & Revisions

★ I do not offer unlimited major revisions. Please have a clear concept ready before commissioning.
★ During the sketch stage, up to two (2) major revisions are allowed at no extra cost.
★ Further revisions after the sketch stage may incur a $5–$15 fee depending on complexity.
★ After linework or color stages begin, changes must be discussed and may be subject to additional charges.
★ I can add extras (e.g., additional views or accessories) at any time for an agreed fee.
★ My mistakes (e.g., missing markings) will be corrected free of charge.
★ Work begins only after payment (or the first installment).

Workflow Process

Process Overview:

1. Sketch — Sent for review; major revisions allowed.
2. Linework — Sent for approval.
3. Flat Colors — Sent for approval.
4. Rendering / Finalization — Sent for last confirmation.
5. Delivery — Final files provided after approval.★ Major changes after sketch approval may incur fees. Once the final version is approved, files will be delivered in the agreed format.

Physical Shipping Policy

For commissions involving physical items (such as traditional artworks, prints, or merchandise).

★ All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Shipping fees are not included in the base commission price unless stated otherwise.
★ The item will not be shipped until full payment for shipping is received.
★ All items are securely packaged with proper protection.
★ I ship via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and provide tracking information.
★ I am not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss once the item is in transit, though I can assist with claims.
★ Clients must provide an accurate address. I am not liable for losses due to incorrect information.
International clients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
★ Delivery times depend on the postal carrier and destination.

Communication

★ All communication should occur via Twitter/X, Bluesky, Instagram, Discord, or ToyHouse, depending on our mutual preference.
★ Please allow reasonable delays depending on workload or time zones.
