Please read my Terms of Service carefully and in its entirety before ever requesting a commission from me as to avoid any issues during the process. Any Artwork(s) received that’s created by me are to adhere to the following Terms, this includes any Artwork(s) received before any updated version of this Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.
~ ☠︎ General ☠︎ ~
★ Clients must be 18+ to commission me! I will not accept commissions from anyone under the age of 18, even if given parental permission.
★ Commissions are completed in the order in which they are paid for. Outstanding work in my queue ahead of yours will impact how long your piece will take. My queue can be found here.
★ I am not a speedy artist. My average turn-around time is 2 weeks to 1 month depending on queue, complexity of commissioned piece & real life responsibilities.
➥ The longer the queue is, the longer your piece may take to complete. I will contact you as frequently as possible with relevant updates to your piece(s). Thank you for your understanding in advance!
★ Working hours are generally unscheduled, but often I will not be available before 12pm and after 12am Eastern Standard Time. Please keep in mind that artwork is not my only work I do in my life.
You, as the Client...
★ May Not claim my work as your own.
★ Are expected to first read my Terms of Service before commissioning me EVER.
★ Are responsible for contacting me to discuss your commission(s) before you send payment.
★ May display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
★ Reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Digital Artwork(s) as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (i.e. NOT for sale).
I, as the Artist...
★ Reserve the right to reject, cancel, or discontinue commissions for any reason, personal or professional, without obligation to disclose why.
★ Require reference material for all commission types. I will take whatever you're able to provide me, as long as it's clear! But if you can only provide a description of your character there will be a design fee, which is discussed and agreed upon depending on the complexity.
★ Reserve the right to post your finished Commissioned Artwork(s) in my galley/portfolio/on my social media for any reason. You may always request to keep these Artwork(s) private and ask me not to post them.
★ Reserve the right to stream, record, and/or upload videos of the process in the creation of the Artwork(s).
★ Retain the rights over any commissioned work(s).
➥ Any character(s) portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
~ ☠︎ Licensing and Selling My Work Commercially ☠︎ ~
★ If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial Use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be discussed and agreed upon.
★ The minimum price increase is 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum.
★ The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).

Tier 1 ~ Twitch/YouTube/Twitter Promotion - 100%
Tier 2 ~ Patreon Content/Business Cards/Personal Site - 200%
Tier 3 ~ Reproducing/Selling/Merch - 300%
~ ☠︎ Shipping of Physical Items ☠︎ ~
★ For most items, shipping within the United States of America is included in the base price.
★ Any shipping outside of the USA will be subject to an additional fee upon discussion.
★ If you fail to inform me ahead of time that international shipping will be needed, I will then send an Invoice via PayPal for the required postage. If you failed to read my Terms of Service as required (i.e. "I didn't see that!" or "I didn't know!"), or if you do not want to pay for the shipping then I will NOT ship the physical copy of your piece. There are no refunds issued for this instance.
~ ☠︎ Payment ☠︎ ~
★ Payment is to be made in Full (100%) via Etsy or PayPal Invoice.
★ It is expected you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions. Unless otherwise discussed for more expensive orders.
★ Once 100% of the payment is sent, I will start sketching(That is if there are no others in the queue ahead of you).
★ Payments via PayPal are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated (PayPal Invoices do not require you to be a PayPal account holder).
➥ In these instances of transacting through PayPal Invoice, if payment is not made in a timely manner (48h unless discussed otherwise) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be canceled. Please contact me if there are any delays or issues preventing payment. Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.
